OVERVIEW
The Federal Government has specific training that is required to be completed by military and civilian employees yearly. Our client’s HR team was overwhelmed with the performance reviews, awards, onboarding, diversity concerns, and more. They struggled to train team members and provide necessary metrics to support their training completion rate.
To make matters worst, the organization was in the middle of restructuring. So, the HR team found themselves putting the important agency-required training on the back burner to handle the immediate needs of the organization.

OUR APPROACH
Assess the Government’s Need.  Motivate work with the HR and operational teams to understand the exact requirements. Discover current systems clients used to monitor and track training.
Design a Solution for Government’s Need. We worked with our government partners to develop a strategic plan. This plan included time restraints, schedule, tracking, and reporting status.
Launch the Solution. We launched the strategic plan by engaging leaders, staying accountable to deadlines, 1:1 platform coaching and training, and more.
